After many years of experience with the integration of hardware and software components for access control and building security, it was only a small, yet decisive step for MIDITEC to develop its own building management system. With it, we address our customers’ appeals for an integral solution with optimally coordinated components from a single source.
Our aim during development was to eliminate the known weak points of existing solutions, to reduce effort, to simplify operation and thereby to increase the security considerably in all relevant areas.
As a higher-level instance, the MIDITEC Building Management System unifies all important subsystems of the central building control system and visualizes it over a uniform, user-friendly interface. Working from system pictures and building floor plans, the positions and states of doors, detectors and systems can be represented, while animated icons indicate changes and easily understandable operating functions enable staff to take early measures in the case of faults, disturbances or hazards.

Thanks to different standard interfaces, many energy and media supply, building automation and security and communication technology systems can be integrated into our Building Management System.
As with all MIDITEC software applications, the Building Management System is also modular, and can be flexibly adapted to your individual needs.
