Product Data Acquisition (PDA)
Time and cost transparency at the touch of a button
The Product Data Acquisition enables the simple recording of PDA bookings. For instance, cost centre or cost unit bookings that are recorded either on hardware equipment (terminals) or on a PC per MTZ Smart Time module. With PDA, frequent processes can be preconfigured with the “Favourite” button, so that with just a few clicks a complete booking can be generated.
From the recorded PDA times, the basic module MTZ® Time calculates PDA-time-intervals, which are then available for evaluation or for transferring to the wage and salary system. Authorisation profiles determine which PDA bookings individual employees are allowed to carry out.

With our special Smart Time PDA time recording, product data bookings can also be carried out directly at hardware terminals. This way, you can book start and finish as well as completion, interruptions and the respective amount, all in one step.
With our Product Data Acquisition, you can book times in cost centres or cost units very easily per MTZ Smart time or hardware terminal. For example, you can record the actual time needed for assignments and later draw a target-performance comparison.
By means of special evaluations for the Product Data Acquisition, you can create extensive evaluations related to cost centres and cost units or assignments. With the cost centre history modifications of cost centres can be retraced and forecasts can be made.
